we use our 1.5 years in just brushing our teeth Also if you use your phone for two and half hours per day, then we spend 1.5/2 years in life.....to just spend watch, play or wasting time for non useful things.

However, your are getting older, Your body organ are getting worse. So, I want to recommended you that you have to do jogging daily or 4 times in a week. Also, I want to tell you, tdo meditation, yoga or anything you have to do...


I want to tell you that if you use your phone time for reading movie or anything which grows your self towards the your success.
