How to handle phobia and fear?

😨"Fear" is a illusionary thing, which comes inside your head due to some bad incident and by some bad thought. 😱 We can always consider all fears and phobia in 3 categories. 1) Fear of Unknown - We all every time fear to do new things due to think to much so if we have a any fear to unknown so just find those people which is done by that work, just talk to them. Ex. Fear of travel alone in bus, Fear of talk unknown. Solution is to find someone who have done this before or stop thinking about to do it do it, Just do it without thinking to much about what will happen at time to do it. 2) Fear of Non existence - Many people fears due to Darkness and about future event which never gone happened. We can stop thinking about it if possible or busy your self in work also be with someone and just talk with them about anything which love to do also Try a little small trick which given below. Ex. Fear of darkness, Fear of bad situation happened in future. ...
